Our speakers this month are two representatives from Delta Youth. Delta Youth provides education, community, and empowerment for queer youth in the Delta of Durham, Orange, and Alamance counties. They’ll be speaking about self-care – as we work to make the world a better place, or to take care of those around us, it’s really easy to forget to take care of ourselves too. They’ll share some strategies for self-care with us, as well as telling us more about Delta Youth’s mission.
