This month, three of our community members will be giving a joint presentation on the book An Immense World by Ed Yong. This fascinating book encourages us to get outside of our human experience and explore the sensory lives of animals.
Most animals have drastically different sensory apparatus from humans, and that can shape everything about how they experience the world. From the magnetic navigation of sharks to the color vision of birds, nature is full of astounding facts that challenge our assumptions about what it means to be a sensory being in the world.
